At Camp Snap, we want you to capture every moment with confidence; if you are not satisfied with your screen-free camera, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All returned electronics must be in their original packaging and include the charging cable to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Securely pack your Camp Snap camera, ensuring all original accessories and cables are included in the box to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your device for functionality and condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
